I would just like to personal thanks everybody at ABSA Umhlanga, especially branch manager Carmen, for making my decision to move to FNB so easy.
I've had nothing but bad service from ABSA Umhlanga over the years, with today just reconfirming my decision to moved to FNB.
Where after wasting over an hour at the bank trying to reset my internet banking, i'm now 10 years older and my internet banking is still not working.
