On the 18 August 2012 I was involved in a car accident in that involved the bonnet and front center of the car. The car was towed by a MnF accredited towing company which took the car to PT Paint and Panel beaters, which was an accredited repairer and panel beater. My car was never fixed properly as a result the matter had to be referred to the ombudsman (pathetic) whom sided with MnF. They claimed that at some stage had tempered with the engine but could not prove that. My service history provides all the evidence that the car was well maintained since I bought it brand new. I have in my possessions emails between MnF people as they deliberated over the matter. As a result of this nightmare I now have a car that has no engine and a debt that i need to service every month with MFC. MnF were more than welcome as they took money away from me every month. My car was never fixed properly by their accredited panel beater! MnF only cares about their own backsides and never of the interest of their clients. I can never be associated with such an insure and I shall inform anyone that cares to listen to leave this insurance. Not once was I called by a representative through my ordeal.
