On the evening of the 24th of August I needed assistance to unlock my car.
I called the call center and Miss Hoskins was very helpful and efficient in assisting me.
Once a lock smith was allocated to me, she kept on calling me to reassure me that help was on the way.
I was very impressed as the previous week I had called another insurance for my other car whose battery needed to be kick started and it took me 2hours before getting help. With outsurance I was kept in the loop, and even after getting help, Avril called to confirm.
I'm changing my other insurance to OUTSURANCE
