The responsible personnel is too busy!!!

I have been banking with FNB for more then two years now. My name is Mr. Primarius Louis Gaingob. As a Gold Lifestyle account holder. I'm very disappointed with the service I received or did not for that matter. The inconvenience leading the negligent service I received has made me considering changing of banks. On 30 August 2013 I applied for a personal loan at Swakopmund main branch. The person dealing with that department informed me it takes three working days to process it, of which I was comfortable with as I made the request in advance. I needed the money for personal expenses which had a dealine. One of the main reasons was I had to attend a University Graduation Ceremony of my fiance and cover cost of the party there after. My departure was scheduled the 10 October 2013 to windhoek. When three working days past I contacted the bank as to give me an answer to the progress of the application, of which they still did not have an answer for me. 12 October 2013, I still don't have an answer. I lost four days of leave at work and I did not attend the graduation. So much for "How can we hep you? ". My question is "How can you help me? "
