My graduation took place in April 2013. On the day of the graduation there were many photographers available for graduation pictures, however it was announced several times during the course of the ceremony that the University's very own Audio Visual Department are the official photographers of the event. In addition after the ceremony in the photography area, I was confronted by one of the departments representatives convincing me to take my graduation pictures with them as payment and retrieving the photos will be very easy and convenient, and therefore i did so. It is now 5 months later and I do not have my pictures. I have called the department numerous times and not even once did somebody answer the phone, I have sent over 6 emails and nobody has responded to them, I have also visited the department 5 times (all during working hours) and every single time the person in charge was not in. Also, many of the times there was nobody else in the department available to assist me. I am extremely disgusted in the service that I have received from the Audio Visual department at DUT. I would like a refund for these pictures but unfortunately it seems there is nobody that I can speak to.
