I just want to advise that I spoke to Onwaba this morning about issues that the website ha not accepted any changes i had made a short while ago. She advised that there was a glitch and that she would escalate the matter to the IT department for rectification. She offered to call me back and within an hour, I was called back advising that the error has been corrected and the problem on the policy has been resolved.
Not many people around like Onwaba who is dedicated to her work and client satisfaction at all.
Well done and thats the reason why I am still with MiWay.
