I called MiWay regarding my charges and that i have now installed a tracker in my car, firstly i spoke to a gentleman who really didnt give me the satisfaction and response that i needed and he was insensitive and very rude and didnt give me enough time to explain my situation. i called gain after 5 Minutes and then i spoke to this Lovely lady Onwaba who listened to me and gave me all the attention and gave me great service. Thank you Onwaba, please continue treating all customers who call through the way you treated me.
