I had the cumbersome task of calling through to a call centre. Dreadful to most customers, however I was pleasantly surprised when I called Miway to on the 23-08-2013. I needed some desperate advice regarding my policy, an Onwaba answered my call. Definitely eager to please, although there might have been some difficulty she maintained the professionalism that clients require. I was more than happy with her service levels, highly commendable.
