Impresssed with service received

I would like to thank Thabang for being very helpful, if only they could be more consultants like him.

I was on the verge of switching to a different insurance company because of the service i had received - capturing wrong details, consultants that are no where near helpful BUT after speaking and dealing with Thabang i changed my mind.

He knows his job and does it well :) I am no longer distraught.
