I have discovered what seems like money being unlawfully deducted from my homeloan by FNB. I called the call center, and Karabo did the whole verifying security questions etc. After 10 minutes I realised that she can't see those transactions because she is looking at my old homeloan, whch have been paid off and cancelled in 2011! Does that not reflect on your systems that the account is closed?! Does common sense not kick in somewhere if you can see that there has een no transactions in over two years?! What is the use of asking me security questions, when, if they are answered incorrectly, you just carry on with the query!? Took ten minutes of my work day and I am no closer to knowing what FNB is taking my money for! I requested a manager to call me back, but half an hour later I am still waiting. Perhaps they are on a tea break
