Poor service 5 Months and still waiting

In May I found a property I like, small, affordable and a proper investment. My agent did everything in his powers to speed up the process from signing of the pre bond approval to handing all the required documents to FNB. Still to this day I'm still waiting for some service 5 months later, all I have done is signed sum documents. I have been promised since June that all is in order and will be moving in soon.
Now I get stories about outstanding documents after submitting everything twice, if my business is not that important they should say so I can look else where. My lease where I was leaving has expired and have been without my own home for 4 months while all the parties involved have places to call home. FNB needs to really improve their services because it seems like I'm not the only one with this housing issue. Every one I met at a signing session held on site has still not moved in.

Please stop putting our lives on hold and just come out and say it. Before we all move somewhere else
