Last year just before we had a motor accident, in which my daughter died (I promised I did not plan for this to happen) I took out a Hospital Plan, why I do not know. Last year after the accident I was in hospital, a year later I had to go for another operation, now they need medical reports, which I had to pay for. The Call Centre tell me every time there is a query, it takes 7-14 working days to finalize, it takes 5 days after submitting documents to be loaded on to my policy. The hospital plan was taken out to be usefull in case of emergency, which it is used for, I cannot wait another 14 working days for this claim to be paid.
