As I was driving home on the 9th October 2013 a big object hit my windscreen and the entire windscreen just shattered into pieces. I called Outsurance the next morning and was helped by a lady (Patricia Sithole) who helped me get my claim sorted. She was just a star and I really want to thank her for her quick and efficient service. I won't be changing my Insurer.
