Resorted to phoning Head Office for help with a deceased estate. Assured some one would call me back this morning. Basina did not follow up to see if I was contacted. At their Kempton Park Office no one could assist with their auditors phone number at 4 pm yesterday all gone home. No offer to take message. Waiting for Tax directive from July. What is the delay???
