I went into my local Standard Bank branch yesterday (the last Friday of the month) quite late in the afternoon. I needed to upgrade my cards, link accounts online, register for online services, etc.
Mangope Seale, the Business Banking consultant, was friendly, efficient, courteous (I think I'm tech-savvy, but I'm not), a real star! I think it was the second time he'd seen me in the branch, yet he greeted me by name, spelled my surname correctly (a rare occurrence), apologized when co-workers interrupted us, very ethical, very helpful! With people like this in your employ Standard Bank I will keep on doing business with you, what a pleasure!
