I applied for a loan on 08.10.2013 and was told the money should be avaiable same day, so what is the delay now?
I phoned since yesterday and the application is with the assessment department, awaiting documents from the branch which was send numerous times because it is not the first time i dealt with the agent and i know she would have send it, she also confirmed the same more than once today
So what is the real hold up.
I was given telephone numbers 011 564 7373 and 011 256 9073 to complain but one should leave a message but the mail box is full.
