Good day Noreen
Thank you for eventually sending me the figures. This has been a very painful experience for me.
Please can you assist me with the following issues this I have with the figures that you have sent to me.
o I am fine with regards to paying off the Excess
o Additional excess - I don't agree to pay this excess as I was always lead to believe that my insurance would not have a problem if someone else drives my car under my authority. I was also not advised of such fees. When I had a look at my Insurance documents attached, I don't even see myself loaded as a driver even though I own the car and pay the insurance.
o Towing fee - I was not aware that I had to call a special tow line in the event of an accident. - My car was in previous accidents and I was never charged a tow fee or even advised that I should use the this service. I was also not sent any communication that this service was available to me.
Please can I also listen to the original recording when insurance was taken out, that was requested by yourselves 2 months ago from Standard Bank.
