YOU HAVE STILL NOT FIXED YOUR ERRORS!!!

WITH REGARDS TO REF: 2667741NF!!!

I received a call to say this was all errors and problems on FNB side and would be sorted as if nothing like this happened. Yet it isnt!!! It is still showing on the loan statement as UNPAID and the fee for your errors have still not been reversed!!! Please can you carry through with your PROMISES and reverse your ERRORS AND FIX YOUR MISTAKES!!!
