! st, original orders had issues uploading, then when I finally received my boeks they had errors. I reported the errors, received email that the errors will be fixed AT MY EXPENSE (errors on their side not mine) - I said fine I will pay. Still awaiting invoice and address confirmation. Tried phoning the offices 7 times - no answer. All emails only get replies 24 - 48 hours, even when marked urgent!

Picasso, your service stinks! Please contact me urgently so I can get the info from you! My client has been patiently waiting and are now coming down hard on me because of YOUR bad service!
