! st, original orders had issues uploading, then when I finally received my boeks they had errors. I reported the errors, received email that the errors will be fixed AT MY EXPENSE (errors on their side not mine) - I said fine I will pay. Still awaiting invoice and address confirmation. Tried phoning the offices 7 times - no answer. All emails only get replies 24 - 48 hours, even when marked urgent!
