Lack of cohesion & synergy towards client service

Disgusted at service levels at FNB Home Loans!!!

Since 31 Jan I've through various ways (Private banker, calls & emails) attempted to change my debit order to a different account, requested my hubby to have authority to act on my behalf & reinstate my flexi bond. 9.5 months later my flexi bond has been reinstated!!! Many emails & 20-30 min calls later to various unknowns plus discussions with my FNB Private Banker & nothing is done with regards to authorising my hubby to act on my behalf nor debit order acc changed on my home loan yet.

It turns out that I've got to spend petrol & time to go into the bank, sign a power of attorney for my hubby to call the call center on my behalf & that they don't bother to read/respond to selective emails plus you've got to call incessantly (various people) to get results & even then it takes months!!! As for debit order changes you also have to fill in a form, sign & revert despite phone calls (with security checks) or emails one has sent (from your recorded email address & confirmed via phone call) after spending endless time getting to the right person who can actually assist you whilst your are charged & your cr rating goes down the drain!
