As a Standard Bank client I made use of their Take Me Home service after a function last weekend. Firstly this is a fantastic service to offer the client, so thank you Standard Bank. The call was booked for Saturday morning 00h30 and the call centre phoned me to let me know that the service provider was running a little late. Thereafter they called to give me the exact time the service provider would arrive. They then followed up with a call to ensure that we were picked up and then they wanted to know if they should call to check that we had made it home safely. Thank you for the excellent service and for keeping your clients safe.
