Disappointment

I must say that I am disappointed with Standardbank, ive been a loyal customer since 2007 till to date, and i really had hope that I will get assistance from them when I needed it. I applied for a vehicle finance and it was declined because of a bad score that was not even created by me, Joshuardoor failed to do their job properly and caused my account to be in a bad state. i am not black listed and my accounts are oaid up but standard bank requires me to apply after 3 months. wow im shocked that no one even bothered to ask me how it got there or even try to save me as their client. sad indeed but never the less i will be cancelling my account soon, ill start a new life with another bank, one that does not have bank charges as high as my monthly salary. thank you goodbye forever standard bank.
