We had reason to claim on our business insurance and with great trepidation we phoned Outsurance, expecting a million questions and even more forms and then reasons why they could not accept our claim. We were totally charmed by Karlien's professional service, her constant feedback and prompt action. At no stage did we feel stupid or uncomfortable.
