I had an embarrassing encounter when trying to redeem my movie tickets. I called back the second time and complained. Stuart had called me back. He was very efficient, he spoke well and clearly. He explained what had happened and ensured me that in few hours that he would have feedback which he actually did. I was impressed with the service he provided.
