My son in law was in accident saturday morning on the 28th around 5am with my car in johannesburg I was in durban. We both tried to call your call centres to authorise towing only for the calls to go unanswered or a voicemail system saying you can only call during office hours. The car was towed by a company called Seds when we both called monday I was assured they work with Seds and they would sort it out. On thursday I get a call after the car was assessed that it has been written off and I owe R11000 in towing and storage fees. This is after you failed to answer your phones so I could authorise towing. The car is still at the towing company after the assessment and I have no idea who will foot that bill. I laid a complaint no one has gotten back to me after I was told they would do so today when I call your complaints centre again and ask for a manager they are not available. I call your call centre my call is dropped after 11 minutes of holding. I call again and ask for the manager and the ones in that call centre are unavailable. If this is how you treat customers I will be taking my insurance and banking elsewhere. This is a stressful time and you people just don't care.
