I have been waiting for my BP fuel reward payment for August and despite calling in on the 20 September, 25 September, 4 October and now on 8 October I still can't get any joy. each time I called I get told there is a technical glitch and it will be reported to the Fiance department and it will take up to three days. I get no feedback and each time I call for feedback I get the same response, three weeks!!! When I was initially pitched this policy I was promissed so much and when I signed I expected alot, so to my mind Discovery Insure is in breach of contract for not fulfilling its promisse as stated in my policy!
