Its been four weeks since i log a claim with them. everyday they make promises that they don't keep even there own panelbeeters have problems with them. ihave ask for a manager to call me it looks like they are so busy that they cant even call me back. what a great service from absa. in the last three days i spoken with 5 poeple at there claim centre and now they come up with iam sorry computers is down. please if there is any one that can help me please do so. because i direct doesnt help
