I phoned absa i direct to register my claim on the 25.11.2013, which was monday on tuesday the assessor phoned me to the car on the Wednesday the 27.11.2013, after which till today i have never heard anything from him. On friday the 29th i diceded to call again to make a follow up i was told that my claim is with Vikesh who will be contacting me soon which never happened, i informed them that the bonet of my car is not closing properly and the wipers are on and off so i needed a courtesy car but to date no one has bothered to contact me just to give me a feedback as to what is going on with my claim, the consultants at the call centre are not helpful either each call i make iam told the very same story of escaleting the matter to vikesh's manager of which even that manager never bothered to call me nor to intervene why must i suffer like this, it is so clear to me that absa i direct is not a reliable insurance they are not there in time of need!!!
