I was involved in a car accident on the 15 th of july and logged in my claim immediately. I arranged for a courtesy car on the 20th. On the 19th of august I had to send it back when I enquired with iwyze about the extension, I was arrogantly told that the car hire was strictly for 30 days and there was nothing they could do to assist me and that I had to make other means to get to work. This has shown me that iwyze does not care about it's customers. I am disappointed, really...
