I recieved a letter from channel life claiming my policy has lapsed because on non payment which is a lie! Bank advises me they stopped debiting my account!!!
The same scenario happenned to a colleague of mine... what a co incidence!
Channel life just bring back my premium contributions, am done with your disgusting service.
