Dissatisfaction of Policy with Channel Life

I have a copmlain with the policy I took from Channel Life Policy no: 02524364. I covered my Aunt (Boniswa Mirriam Zintwana) then she died in April 2009. I fax all the required documents to them. She was left with few days to finish up the waiting period. They reply to me by saying I can not be paid because of the waiting period that is not been ended yet. They didn"t even refund me with my premiums. I wish you can help me wiyh this matter
