FNB not so 10 minute switch over as they stated

Its now 2 weeks after receiving a pleasant call from FNB to convince me to bank with them. To-date i just received 2 cards (one cheque and one CC). Still awaiting them to come back with a better interest rate than my current bank ABSA.

Now feeling so embarrassed to tell my old bank i wanna come back :(
