Litha went out of his way to get my funds cleared urgently - he phoned me 19 times today to explain to me what the problem was and how we could rectify it. He explained my rights as a consumer to go to the consumer advocate adn even gave me thier number. he was always friendly and nice even when i lost my temper. This young man needs to be commended.
