Double deducted for 38 Months!!!

I have communicated with Celestine David about why my life insurance premium was so high. she informed me that both me and my husband since July 2010 have been paying a Vitality membership fee for the entire family!! On the 17 September Celestine informed me that I will be refunded an amount of R2479 but this is only from July 2012? And she told me that I will receive my money within 5 working days. I have also spoken to Mahomed Junaid and he informed me and my husband that on the 25 September it will be 5 working days. I still have not received the money. So I phoned this morning and I spoke to Diva and she first informed me that Discovery does not do refunds. After she spoke to her superior she asked me to email her the refund document as this was not on the system (after I have send it twice) she then informed me it has been loaded on the system. I want to be refunded since July 2010 as the vitality fees was deducted without me being informed and we have been paying a Vitality membership fee for " two Families". We are currently with Discovery health again.
