On Friday 27/09/2013 i discovered that R9000.00 was missing from my African Bank Credit card. I immediately went to the police station to report this and went to African Bank in Game City with my documents, i was made to sign 9 time and all the reports were sent to the department.
On Thursday 03/10/2013 i emailed the department who said they had not received the documents which i immediately requested from the Game City branch which they had sent to them on the 27/09/2013 as per the email i received, so how this was not received by the department i have no idea.
On my statement this money was used in Ronde which i assume is Rondebosch and i live in Durban and have never been to Rondebosch. I am in urgent need of the money or i would not have applied for credit and they have informed me the investigation takes 2 to 3 months. i think this is unacceptable and no one called with a feedback a yet.
