I visited MTN Northpark, Pretoria North on the 26 August to ask why my account was over R1000. The guy there was very helpful and phone the accounts department so that I could talk to them. I explained to the account guy what my problem was and told him that I never receive any monthly statements. He took all my mailing details and said that the statement would be sent any three working days time. Up to today I have received no statements yet.
