Unauthorised Debit Orde

I recently upgraded my 2 children's cellphone contracts. On checking my bank statements, I now all of a sudden 2x R49.50 per month deducted from my account since September 2013! This is unauthorised and therefore unlawful! I want my money and my privacy back IMMEDIATELY!!!
