Unsympathetic attitude

I have been a client with STD Bank for over 20 years
I recently sold my home which is bonded to the bank and will settle in full
Due to an unknown judgement taken on my name by the bank last year, they will not grant me new bond finance

I am now forced to rent but no land lord will consider me due to the judgement
This means come 1 November I will not have a home to stay in for me and my family
Is STD Ban k in the business of throwing families onto the street

Do they have no compassion at all
I want this resolved
