My car was and, thanks to Netstar, was recovered promptly (in under an hour).
However, Netstar refused to return the car to me and instead gave it to the police, despite my repeated requests that they allow me to take it.
So, my car (full of valuables, many of which would have taken hours to remove from the car) sat for days in the police pound while the police everything that the didn't.
What on earth was the point? The police certainly aren't actually equipped to catch the criminals and the financial loss of the contents was disastrous. Loss of the car as well actually would have constituted a relatively small difference.
