Hi there

I have not got any joy from you guys at all, i called the headoffice trying to lodge my request for my polices to be cancelled for over a month but got no joy, firstly when i call i keep getting transfered to the department which is suppose to help yet i wait for more than 10 mins being on hold listening to ur automated machine, of which i picked up from there that you can sent your resquest online. I did that sent an email [Email Removed] then i got a mail back saying my request will be attended to within 5 working days and i was given a referance number of GSENQ857287 and that was on the 6th of Sept, waited paitently for the days to go by and still no response i followed up on my referance number that i was given on the 17 of 09 and till this very day still no respond. This is not at all..bad service all the way, all i want is my polices cancelled, and i hope that now that i have gone to this extend i will get my response.
