IF YOU WANNA KNOW WHAT IS BAD SERVICE GO AHEAD AND INSURE WITH THIS COMPANY CALLED ZURICH, PUT A CLAIM THROUGH ON THE 03/08/2013 GUESS WHAT 2 DAYS LATER REJECTED, EXPLAINED TO THEM EVERYTHING TO THEM AND 2 WEEKS LATER STILL SAY NO, NOW WE GO TO OMBUDSMAN SAID MY SIDE OF THE STORY BECAUSE I KNOW I AM RIGHT AND THEY SHOULD HONOUR THE CLAIM, THIS I KNOW BECAUSE I PERSONALLY WROTE FAIS ACT LAW AND I KNOW WHAT IS RIGHT AND WRONG... NOW ALL OF A SUDDENT THEY MUTE TOWARDS THE OMBUDSMAN CANT EVEN EXPLAIN THEIR REASONS, DEADLINE THEY WERE GIVEN WENT AND PASSED STILL NO ANSWER, TRUST ME WHEN I SAY IVE DEALT AND WORKED FOR MANY SHORT TERM INSURANCE COMPANIES BUT THIS ONE CALLED ZURICH ONLY ONE WORD FOR YOU GUYS "PATHETIC SERVICE" YOU DONT DERSEVE TO BE IN THIS INDUSTRY
