My dad is a pensioner and has been paying a very high premium _R2100 for two cars. I contacted Budget on dad's behalf and received outstanding service from Craig Bergover. He promised me a confirmation e mail within 5 minutes after our conversation but its taken close to 7 hours and the e mail has not reached my inbox. Besides the e mail he really helped put my dad in the right category meant for pensioners.
