We belonged to Outsurance and Dial Direct for many years each car on separate insurances. We looked for a insurance which could beat what we had currently paid. Mi-way was that company they beat the instalment amount and had 0% excess on claims. We weighed our options out as we had our bonus's being paid out in 3 years time mounting to R9000. So we thought going for a 0% excess would be best since we are also new home owners. On the 19th of September they changed our package to excess of R3 300 from R0.00. We called and of course furious about the change as that was a very good selling point, a way to catch people. They said sorry they cant do anything and wont budge. Please don't fall for this guys.
