My policy was cancelled end April, in writing. first for women, have continued debating me monthly since April to date. I have e mailed, called and left numerous messages, forwarded all the e mails all the read receipts, and yet, nearly 4 days later, I am still waiting for anyone to call me back. My last encounter was with a supervisor called Lincon, rude, aggressive, arrogant and completely unhelpful, or interested in assisting. I'm glad their calls are recorded so 'Management' can hear how certain staff, handle and treat the clients that pay their salaries.
As all the other complaints on hellopeter, their service is absolutely shocking, I am going to load a daily complaint, here, and with the Consumer Council until someone resolves this issue, calls me back, credits my account, and sends me an apology for the way I have been treated.
