OTP phone number never changed

Good day

I has asked for my OTP number to be changed via 3 different points of access and FNB still does not change it.
I am now stuck in a out of the country unable to do Internet banking properly.

I am appalled at the service on this matter and would like it to be corrected immediately.

I dont see why I should pay for service I dont recieve.
