So, I wrote my report about FNB that billed me wrongfully. It took them one week to "clear" the mess. They told me I had to wait 6 to 8 days to be refunded. Well, it's been 8 days already. I'm so sick and tired of these people thinking they can just do what they want AND get away with it.
