Stay FAR away from Outsurance

Ive been a policy holder since 2006 and was in an accident on 14/5/2013. I had to write DETAILED emails and reports and also had an in-depth conversation on the phone with Tracey Naidoo, who was responsible for settlement of my and the other party's claims. NOW, 5m down the line I receive a dozen calls from whoever (? name) from the legal dept. She now- AGAIN- wants me to explain the exact details of this event. I already explained all of this to SIAS too. All these conversations were recorded. This legal representative claims that she can't talk to Tracey about the incident. Why not?? I refuse to be put into a position where I have to relive this trauma yet again. Furthermore, Outsurance declined me as a client now. Reason: "too many claims". I was about to receive my 3yr no claim bonus in Aug-just before this happened? This is exactly why one has insurance in the 1st place!! No worries- another company had no problem insuring me - so good bye. I have never skipped a payment and you have made a lot of money out of me over these years.
Please stay away form this insurer!
I refuse to talk to someone who can barely speak Eng. I'm Afrikaans'and demand to be spoken to in my language!
