Failure to update personal information

I have on several occasions requested FNB not to send me any correspondence to my work email.
I have given them my private e-mail to utilize for any feedback, adverts or whatsoever information they wish to divulge to me.
I have again received my bank statement on my work e-mail, after they confirmed in writing that only my private e-mail would be in use.
