No feedback, no resolution to problem

Logged a call via the ABSA Action Line regrading the MyAbsa portal that has not worked for a long time now.

. The call was logged 1/10/2013 at 10:54 Reference EC: 26BC2D20.This is becoming very serious as I cannot access my investment portfolio.

I am forced to move my whole investment portfolio and close my account if this is not resolved ASAP.
