I am sick of Nedbank continously phoning me to say my loan is being short paid, I have all my back up emails sent to Karen Venter and Conny Mazibuko, if your employees are slow and inefficient why should I bare the consequences. My credit profile is affected by showing default in payment yet this isnt the case.
Read all my previous complaints that was not addressed? Also when dealing with a customer make sure your employees can comprehend and understand the conversation or get someone at a higher level to call if the problem wasnt resolved from the 1st call.
